Survey X worked alongside Ground Integrity Limited at Harron Homes' Merchant Fields development in Cleckheaton, providing CCTV inspections of newly installed foul and surface-water drainage following excavation and replacement works.

Three Inspection Stages
Survey X's involvement covered three stages of the installation, allowing drainage condition to be assessed as backfilling progressed.
Before Backfilling
The first inspection established the condition of the newly installed drainage before backfilling.
After Partial Backfilling
A further inspection checked for potential damage or displacement during the initial backfilling operations.
After Complete Backfilling
The final inspection assessed the drainage following completion of the works.
Quality Assurance During Drainage Installation
This staged approach provides opportunities to identify potential defects during the installation process. Inspecting at defined stages helps project teams assess changes in condition and decide whether further investigation or action is needed.
